Moist chocolate roll filled with cream cheese and Oreos, topped with white chocolate and cookie pieces.

# Ingredients:

→ Cake

01 - 1 box chocolate cake mix
02 - 3 large eggs
03 - 1/2 cup vegetable oil
04 - 1 cup water
05 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
06 - Powdered sugar, for dusting

→ Filling

07 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
08 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
09 - 1/2 cup powdered sugar
10 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
11 - 1/2 cup crushed Oreo cookies (about 6 to 8 cookies)

→ Decoration

12 - 1/4 cup white chocolate, melted
13 - 4 to 6 whole Oreo cookies, for decoration
14 - Extra crushed Oreo cookies, for garnish

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 10x15-inch jelly roll pan with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, combine chocolate cake mix with eggs, vegetable oil, water, and vanilla extract. Mix according to package instructions until smooth.
03 - Spread cake batter evenly in the prepared pan. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
04 - While the cake bakes, dust a clean kitchen towel generously with powdered sugar.
05 - Immediately after baking, invert the cake onto the powdered sugar-dusted towel and carefully peel off the parchment paper. While the cake is still warm, roll it up in the towel from the short end and allow it to cool completely.
06 - In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese with unsalted butter until creamy. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract and blend until smooth. Fold in crushed Oreo cookies gently to evenly distribute.
07 - Unroll the cooled cake gently and spread the Oreo cream cheese filling evenly across the surface.
08 - Carefully re-roll the cake, ensuring the filling remains intact and the roll is tight. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
09 - Drizzle melted white chocolate over the top of the roll. Garnish with whole Oreo cookies and sprinkle additional crushed Oreos for garnish. Slice into portions and serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - Be sure to roll the cake while it is still warm to prevent cracking.
