# Ingredients:

02 - 2-3 teaspoons grated orange zest
03 - ⅓ cup fresh orange juice (from 1 orange)
04 - 2 teaspoons honey
05 - 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
06 - ⅓ cup extra-virgin olive oil
07 - 2 tablespoons minced shallot
08 - ½ teaspoon sea salt
09 - ¼ teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper

# Instructions:
