In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the thawed orange juice concentrate, whole milk, water, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture is smooth.

Carefully pour the prepared mixture into popsicle molds or paper cups, leaving a small gap at the top for expansion. Insert popsicle sticks into each mold.

Place the filled molds on a level surface in the freezer and chill until fully solid, for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.

To serve, briefly run molds under warm water to loosen, then remove bars and enjoy immediately.
