Ocean Love Colada Mocktail (Print Version)
A stunning layered mocktail with coconut, pineapple and blueberry that creates a beautiful ocean-inspired visual effect.
# Ingredients:

60 ml coconut water or coconut milk

60 ml pineapple juice
03 -
30 ml coconut cream
04 -
125 ml crushed ice

30 ml blue butterfly pea flower tea (or blue food coloring with a splash of lemon juice)

15 ml blueberry puree
→ Garnish

Whipped cream for topping

Fresh pineapple wedge

Frozen or fresh blueberries
# Instructions:

In a blender, combine the coconut water or milk, pineapple juice, coconut cream, and crushed ice. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Pour the blended base into a tall glass.

Slowly drizzle the blue mixture and blueberry puree over the top.

Use a straw or skewer to gently swirl the colors to create an ocean wave effect.

Add a swirl of whipped cream on top of the drink.

Place a pineapple wedge on the rim and add a few blueberries. Serve immediately while cold.

For an authentic blue color, butterfly pea flower tea is preferable to food coloring as it's natural and changes color with acidity.
