1 box white chocolate instant pudding mix (3.9 ounces)

2 cups cold 2% milk

2 to 3 drops neon green gel food coloring

1 to 2 drops standard green food coloring

4 ounces whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed

1/2 cup green sanding sugar

In a large mixing bowl, vigorously whisk together the white chocolate pudding mix, cold 2% milk, neon green gel food coloring, and standard green food coloring until the mixture is thick and smooth.

Evenly pour the pudding mixture into the Oreo pie shell and use a spatula to smooth the surface. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours to allow the filling to set completely.

Remove chilled pie from refrigerator. Spread the thawed whipped topping evenly across the surface of the pie.
