Chilled layers of Oreo, green-hued pudding, and Cool Whip create a playful, creamy dessert.

# Ingredients:

→ Pie Crust

01 - 1 Oreo cookie pie shell (9-inch diameter)

→ Filling

02 - 1 box white chocolate instant pudding mix (3.9 ounces)
03 - 2 cups cold 2% milk
04 - 2 to 3 drops neon green gel food coloring
05 - 1 to 2 drops standard green food coloring

→ Topping

06 - 4 ounces whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed
07 - 1/2 cup green sanding sugar
08 - 1/2 cup mini red heart sprinkles
09 - 1/2 cup large red heart sprinkles

# Steps:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, vigorously whisk together the white chocolate pudding mix, cold 2% milk, neon green gel food coloring, and standard green food coloring until the mixture is thick and smooth.
02 - Evenly pour the pudding mixture into the Oreo pie shell and use a spatula to smooth the surface. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours to allow the filling to set completely.
03 - Remove chilled pie from refrigerator. Spread the thawed whipped topping evenly across the surface of the pie.
04 - Generously sprinkle green sanding sugar, mini red heart sprinkles, and large red heart sprinkles over the top. Slice and serve cold.
