No-Bake Coconut Cream Balls (Print Version)

Sweet coconut balls coated in chocolate. Creamy, nutty, and no oven needed. Easy for any occasion.

# Ingredients:

→ Coconut Filling

01 - 2 1/2 cups sweetened shredded coconut
02 - 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
03 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
04 - 1 cup powdered sugar
05 - 1/2 cup chopped mixed nuts (optional)

→ Coating

06 - 8 ounces white chocolate or semi-sweet chocolate, melted

# Steps:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar until a uniform mixture forms. Fold in chopped nuts if desired.
02 - Roll the coconut mixture into 1-inch balls and arrange them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Place the tray in the freezer for 30 minutes to firm the balls.
03 - In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring thoroughly between each, until completely smooth.
04 - Using a fork or toothpick, dip each frozen coconut ball into the melted chocolate to ensure complete coverage. Return coated balls to the lined baking sheet.
05 - Allow the chocolate coating to set at room temperature or chill in the refrigerator until firm before serving.

# Notes:

01 - For cleaner dipping, ensure coconut balls are fully frozen prior to coating with chocolate.
02 - Store prepared balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator for optimal freshness.
