# Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
02 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar
03 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

→ Filling

04 - 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
05 - 1 cup powdered sugar
06 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
07 - 1 cup heavy whipping cream

# Steps:

01 - Combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted unsalted butter in a medium bowl. Mix thoroughly until the texture resembles wet sand.
02 - Firmly press the graham cracker mixture into the base of a springform pan, creating an even layer. Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.
03 - In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese until completely smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until homogeneous.
04 - In a separate bowl, whip heavy whipping cream to stiff peaks using a hand mixer or stand mixer.
05 - Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture using a spatula, maintaining as much volume as possible.
06 - Pour the filling over the prepared crust and smooth the surface evenly. Refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours, or until fully set.
