In a mixing bowl or large liquid measuring cup, whisk chocolate milk and instant pudding mix thoroughly until the powder is fully dissolved.

Stir in the vanilla extract until evenly distributed.

Pour the prepared mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container, making sure not to exceed the max fill line. Seal and freeze the container on a flat, level surface for a minimum of 24 hours.

Once frozen solid, place the pint in the Ninja Creami machine and run the Lite Ice Cream cycle.

Check the consistency. If the texture is crumbly or uneven, activate the Re-spin function. If the mixture remains too thick or crumbly, add 1 tablespoon of chocolate milk or regular milk and re-spin until smooth.

Once a creamy texture is achieved, serve immediately.
