Nacho Cheese Beef Wraps (Print Version)

Tortilla wraps with beef, nacho cheese, Rotel, sour cream, and crushed Doritos. Easy, creamy, bold flavors.

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 pound lean ground beef
02 - 1 cup nacho cheese sauce
03 - 1/2 cup sour cream
04 - 1 can (10 ounces) Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilis
05 - 1 green bell pepper, chopped
06 - 1 small onion, diced
07 - 1 packet (1 ounce) taco seasoning mix
08 - 1 cup crushed Nacho Cheese Doritos
09 - 4 large flour tortilla wraps

→ For Serving

10 - 1 cup shredded lettuce

# Steps:

01 - In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until fully browned, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain off any excess fat.
02 - Add diced onion and chopped green bell pepper to the skillet with the beef. Sauté for about 4 minutes until the vegetables are softened.
03 - Stir in taco seasoning and cook for 1 to 2 minutes, allowing flavors to combine and mixture to slightly thicken.
04 - In a mixing bowl, blend nacho cheese sauce with Rotel tomatoes and green chilis until the mixture is smooth and evenly combined.
05 - Lay each tortilla flat. Spread a line of the cheese-Rotel mixture down the center. Layer with beef and vegetable mixture, add a dollop of sour cream, and sprinkle with crushed Doritos.
06 - Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll up tightly. Toast each wrap in a clean skillet over medium heat until golden and crisp, approximately 2 to 3 minutes per side.
07 - Arrange wraps on a serving plate and top with shredded lettuce. Offer optional garnishes such as salsa or guacamole, if desired.

# Notes:

01 - For an extra crispy finish, lightly brush the wraps with a small amount of oil before toasting in the skillet.
