Nacho Cheese Beef Wrap (Print Version)

Cheesy beef and savory Doritos blend in a toasted tortilla, topped with fresh lettuce and zesty flavors.

# Ingredients:

→ Filling

01 - 450 grams lean ground beef
02 - 65 grams chopped green peppers
03 - 65 grams diced onions
04 - 1 packet taco seasoning mix

→ Sauce

05 - 240 milliliters nacho cheese sauce
06 - 1 can (approx. 280 grams) Rotel green chilis with diced tomatoes, drained
07 - 120 milliliters sour cream

→ Assembly

08 - 4 large flour tortilla wraps
09 - 50 grams crushed Doritos Nacho Cheese flavored
10 - Shredded lettuce, for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it up with a spatula, until fully browned. Drain any excess fat.
02 - Add chopped onions and green peppers to the skillet. Sauté until vegetables are softened, then stir in the taco seasoning and mix well.
03 - In a separate bowl, mix together the nacho cheese sauce and drained Rotel green chilis with diced tomatoes until combined.
04 - Lay out the tortilla wraps. Spread a portion of the cheese mixture onto each, followed by an even layer of the beef and vegetable mixture. Top with a dollop of sour cream, a sprinkle of crushed Doritos, and shredded lettuce.
05 - Roll each wrap tightly. Return to a clean, dry skillet and toast over medium heat until the tortillas are golden and crispy on both sides. Serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - For extra crunch, add additional crushed Doritos just before serving.
