Mustard-Roasted Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
02 - 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
03 - 2 tablespoons whole-grain mustard
04 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
05 - 1 tablespoon minced garlic
06 - 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
07 - Salt and pepper, to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
02 - In a small bowl, combine Dijon mustard, whole-grain mustard, olive oil, minced garlic, fresh thyme leaves, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until well integrated.
03 - Apply the mustard mixture generously over the chicken thighs, ensuring complete and even coverage on all sides.
04 - Position the coated chicken thighs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
05 - Place in the preheated oven and roast for 35-40 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F).
06 - Remove from oven and allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes before serving to ensure juiciness.
