→ Burgers

08 - 1 pound ground beef, 80/20 blend
09 - 1 tablespoon steak seasoning
10 - 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
11 - 4 slices Swiss cheese
12 - 4 brioche hamburger buns

# Steps:

01 - Heat unsalted butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until butter is melted. Add sliced mushrooms and Worcestershire sauce, stir to combine, then leave undisturbed for 5 minutes to caramelize.
02 - Pour in beef broth and cook, letting the liquid evaporate for 8 to 10 minutes. Once reduced, add minced garlic and black pepper, stir, and continue cooking for an additional 3 to 4 minutes. Remove skillet from heat and set mushrooms aside.
03 - In a large bowl, combine ground beef, steak seasoning, and Worcestershire sauce. Gently mix and shape mixture into four 4-ounce patties.
04 - Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Place patties on grill grates and cook for 4 to 5 minutes per side, until desired doneness is achieved.
05 - During the final 1 to 2 minutes of grilling, place one slice of Swiss cheese atop each patty and allow it to melt.
06 - Lightly toast the hamburger buns on the grill until golden.
07 - Arrange each cheeseburger on a toasted bun and generously top with sautéed mushrooms. Serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - Allow mushrooms to brown without stirring to achieve enhanced flavor depth.
02 - For best results, do not overwork the ground beef when forming patties.
