01 -
Preheat oven to 325°F. Line a 9 x 13 inch baking dish with parchment or foil and lightly grease the surface.
02 -
Keeping the dinner rolls connected, carefully slice them horizontally in half. Arrange the bottom half evenly in the prepared baking dish.
03 -
Evenly layer the sliced ham, turkey, and grated Gruyère cheese over the rolls.
04 -
In a mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter, beaten egg, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and mayonnaise until fully incorporated.
05 -
Pour half of the prepared sauce evenly over the meat and cheese layers.
06 -
Cover with the top half of the dinner rolls and press down gently. Brush or pour the remaining sauce evenly over the surface of the rolls.
07 -
Bake uncovered for 25 to 30 minutes, covering loosely with foil if the tops brown too quickly.
08 -
Remove from the oven and allow to rest for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing.
09 -
Cut into individual sliders. Lightly dust with powdered sugar and serve warm with raspberry preserves on the side.
