Monster Cookie Dough Balls (Print Version)

Soft dough balls packed with peanut butter, oats, chocolate chips, and colorful M&M's. Perfect for snacking.

# Ingredients:

→ Dough Base

01 - 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
02 - 2 ounces cream cheese, softened
03 - 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
05 - 1/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
06 - 3/4 cup powdered sugar
07 - 1 cup quick-cooking oats, uncooked
08 - 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

→ Mix-ins

09 - 1 cup mini M&M's, divided
10 - 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
11 - 1/4 cup peanut butter chips

# Steps:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, beat together softened butter, cream cheese, and peanut butter until smooth and well combined.
02 - Add vanilla extract, light brown sugar, and powdered sugar to the mixture, and mix until fully blended and creamy.
03 - Stir in quick-cooking oats and all-purpose flour until evenly incorporated and no dry spots remain.
04 - Gently fold in 1/2 cup of mini M&M's, mini chocolate chips, and peanut butter chips until evenly distributed.
05 - Roll dough into 1-inch balls. Transfer the remaining 1/2 cup of mini M&M's to a plate and roll each ball in M&M's, pressing gently to coat. Add more M&M's if needed for full coverage.
06 - Refrigerate the dough balls for at least 1 hour before serving. Store in the refrigerator after preparation.
