01 - 6 to 8 Russet potatoes, diced
02 - 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
03 - 1 cup full-fat mayonnaise
04 - 8 slices bacon, cooked until crisp and crumbled
05 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
06 - 1 medium onion, chopped

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
02 - In the prepared baking dish, add diced potatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, minced garlic, and chopped onion.
03 - Spoon in full-fat mayonnaise and thoroughly mix until all components are evenly coated.
04 - Spread mixture evenly and bake uncovered for 1 hour 30 minutes, or until potatoes are fork-tender and the top is golden and bubbling.
05 - Remove from oven and let stand 5 to 10 minutes before serving hot.
