Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut your sweetheart cabbage into four equal wedges.

In a small bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of softened butter with the miso paste. Brush this flavorful mixture all over the cabbage wedges, making sure to coat all surfaces including the base.

Place the prepared cabbage wedges on a baking sheet and roast in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, until they're beautifully charred on the outside while maintaining a slight crispiness.

While the cabbage roasts, melt the remaining tablespoon of butter in a pan. Add the Panko breadcrumbs and garlic powder, then toast while stirring constantly until golden brown. Remove from heat immediately to prevent burning.

Once the cabbage is done, sprinkle the golden breadcrumbs over the wedges. If desired, garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
