Mini Deep Dish Pizzas (Print Version)

Golden dough cups stuffed with cheese, sauce, and toppings for satisfying, bite-sized pizzas.

# Ingredients:

→ Dough Base

01 - 8 ounces refrigerated crescent roll dough

→ Sauce and Cheese

02 - 1/2 cup pizza sauce
03 - 4 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
04 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

→ Toppings

05 - Pepperoni slices
06 - Diced ham
07 - Cooked sausage, crumbled
08 - Chopped bell peppers
09 - Chopped onions
10 - Sliced mushrooms

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease 8 standard muffin cups with nonstick spray.
02 - Divide crescent roll dough into 8 equal portions. Gently mold and press each piece into a muffin cup, shaping it to form a deep crust along the base and sides.
03 - Add roughly 1 tablespoon of shredded mozzarella to the bottom of each dough-lined cup, followed by 1 tablespoon pizza sauce.
04 - Evenly distribute the remaining shredded mozzarella over each cup. Top with your choice of pepperoni, ham, sausage, bell peppers, onions, and mushrooms. Sprinkle garlic powder evenly over all cups.
05 - Bake for 15–18 minutes, until crust is golden and cheese is fully melted. Remove from oven, use a small knife to loosen the edges, and serve hot.
