→ For Crisping

11 - Oil for brushing tortillas

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly grease a baking sheet or line with parchment.
02 - In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until fully browned and crumbly. Drain excess fat.
03 - Stir in taco seasoning and 1/2 cup water with the beef. Simmer until the mixture thickens, about 5 minutes.
04 - Lightly brush each tortilla with oil. Bake or pan-fry until golden brown and crisp on both sides.
05 - Spread a layer of refried beans onto one crisp tortilla. Top evenly with seasoned taco beef.
06 - Place a crisp tortilla on top to create a pizza. Spread a few tablespoons of enchilada or taco sauce on the top tortilla.
07 - Sprinkle shredded cheese, diced tomatoes, green onions, and black olives evenly over the sauce.
08 - Bake assembled pizzas for 8 to 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbling.
09 - Slice each pizza and serve hot.

# Notes:

01 - For extra crispiness, allow tortillas to cool for a minute after baking before assembling.
