Juicy chicken breasts baked with a creamy Parmesan crust for a flavorful, tender main dish.

# Ingredients:

→ Main

01 - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

→ Sauce

02 - 1 cup mayonnaise or plain Greek yogurt
03 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
06 - 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
07 - 1/2 teaspoon paprika
08 - Salt, to taste
09 - Black pepper, to taste

→ Garnish

10 - Fresh chopped parsley (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish or line with parchment paper.
02 - In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, dried Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and fully integrated.
03 - Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels and place them evenly in the prepared baking dish.
04 - Spread the prepared sauce mixture generously over the top of each chicken breast, ensuring an even layer.
05 - Transfer the dish to the oven and bake uncovered for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature reaches 165°F) and the topping turns golden and bubbly.
06 - For a crispier crust, broil for the final 2 to 3 minutes, monitoring closely to prevent burning.
07 - Allow the chicken to rest for several minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley if desired.

# Notes:

01 - For a lighter version, substitute mayonnaise with plain Greek yogurt; both options provide a creamy base.
