# Ingredients:

→ Chicken

01 - 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves

→ Sauce

02 - 1 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
03 - ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
04 - 1 tablespoon dry minced onion
05 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 1 tablespoon dried parsley
07 - ½ teaspoon salt
08 - ½ teaspoon black pepper

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F). Spray a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
02 - In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise or Greek yogurt, Parmesan cheese, minced onion, garlic powder, dried parsley, salt, and pepper until well incorporated.
03 - Slice chicken breasts in half horizontally if they are too thick. Place them in the prepared baking dish.
04 - Spoon the sauce mixture evenly over each chicken breast, ensuring they are completely covered.
05 - Bake for 35-45 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through (internal temperature of 74°C/165°F) and the top is golden brown.

# Notes:

01 - For a lighter version, use Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise.
02 - Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving to allow the juices to redistribute.
