# Ingredients:

→ Chicken Marinade

01 - 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
04 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
05 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
06 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

→ Wrap Assembly

07 - 4 large whole wheat or spinach tortillas
08 - 1 cup prepared hummus
09 - 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
10 - 1 medium cucumber, thinly sliced
11 - 1/4 medium red onion, thinly sliced
12 - 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
13 - 1/4 cup kalamata olives, pitted and sliced (optional)
14 - Fresh spinach or mixed salad greens

# Steps:

01 - In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and pepper until fully combined.
02 - Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag or shallow dish. Pour marinade over chicken, ensuring even coating. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
03 - Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill chicken breasts for 6 to 7 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove from heat and let rest for several minutes. Slice thinly against the grain.
04 - Lay tortillas flat on a clean work surface. Evenly spread hummus over each tortilla, leaving a border around the edges.
05 - Distribute sliced grilled chicken evenly among the tortillas. Top with cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, red onion, crumbled feta, optional olives, and a handful of fresh greens.
06 - Tightly roll each tortilla, folding in the sides to secure the filling. Secure with toothpicks if necessary. Slice each wrap in half and serve immediately.
