Spoon approximately 2 tablespoons of spaghetti sauce evenly over the meatballs, then add an additional layer of mozzarella cheese.

Fold the empty half of the tortilla over the filling to enclose. Cook until the bottom is crisp and the cheese begins to melt, about 2 to 3 minutes.

Carefully flip the quesadilla and continue cooking until the second side is golden and the cheese is fully melted, about 2 more minutes.
