→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 bag frozen meatballs, thawed and cut in half
02 - 1 jar (about 24 oz) spaghetti sauce
03 - 2 to 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
04 - 10 large flour tortillas

# Steps:

01 - Coat a large skillet with non-stick cooking spray and heat over medium heat.
02 - Place a flour tortilla halfway onto the skillet, allowing the other half to drape over the edge.
03 - Sprinkle a generous amount of shredded mozzarella over one half of the tortilla.
04 - Arrange several halved meatballs in a single layer on top of the cheese.
05 - Spoon approximately 2 tablespoons of spaghetti sauce evenly over the meatballs, then add an additional layer of mozzarella cheese.
06 - Fold the empty half of the tortilla over the filling to enclose. Cook until the bottom is crisp and the cheese begins to melt, about 2 to 3 minutes.
07 - Carefully flip the quesadilla and continue cooking until the second side is golden and the cheese is fully melted, about 2 more minutes.
08 - Transfer to a cutting board and slice into wedges. Repeat with remaining tortillas and ingredients. Serve warm, accompanied by extra marinara sauce if desired.

# Notes:

01 - For optimal crispness, avoid overfilling the tortillas. Work in batches if using a smaller skillet.
