McGriddle Bites Breakfast Cheddar (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Pancake Batter Base

01 - 480 g pancake mix
02 - 355 ml water

→ Filling & Flavor

03 - 450 g breakfast sausage
04 - 115 g shredded cheddar cheese
05 - 60 ml maple syrup

# Instructions:

01 - Cook breakfast sausage in a skillet over medium-high heat until fully browned, breaking it into small pieces. Drain excess fat and set aside.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, whisk together water and pancake mix until smooth. Fold in the cooked sausage, shredded cheddar cheese, and maple syrup, ensuring even distribution.
03 - Preheat the oven to 200°C. Lightly grease a mini muffin pan with nonstick spray.
04 - Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin cups, filling each one nearly to the top.
05 - Bake in the preheated oven for 12–15 minutes, or until the bites are golden brown and cooked through.
06 - Allow bites to cool slightly before removing from the pan. Serve warm, with extra maple syrup if desired.

# Notes:

01 - For even baking, rotate the muffin pan halfway through the baking time.
