# Ingredients:

→ Batter

01 - 1 cup pancake mix
02 - 3/4 cup water
03 - 1 large egg
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

→ Marshmallows

05 - 10 large marshmallows

→ For frying and finishing

06 - Vegetable oil for deep frying
07 - Powdered sugar, for dusting

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oil in a deep fryer or heavy-bottomed pot to 375°F (190°C).
02 - In a medium bowl, whisk together pancake mix, water, egg, and vanilla extract until the batter is smooth with no visible lumps.
03 - Dip each marshmallow individually into the prepared batter, ensuring it is fully coated on all sides.
04 - Carefully drop each coated marshmallow into the hot oil. Fry for 30 to 40 seconds, turning as needed, until golden brown and puffed.
05 - Remove fried marshmallows using a slotted spoon and transfer to a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil. Dust generously with powdered sugar and serve immediately while warm.
