# Ingredients:

→ Salad Base

01 - 2 hearts romaine lettuce, thinly sliced
02 - 4-5 scallions, diced
03 - 1 bunch fresh dill, chopped
04 - 115g feta cheese, crumbled

→ Dressing

05 - 120ml extra virgin olive oil
06 - Juice of 1 large lemon
07 - 1/4 teaspoon salt

# Instructions:

01 - Thoroughly rinse romaine lettuce hearts, then slice very thinly. Dry completely in a salad spinner.
02 - In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, and salt until the mixture becomes smooth and emulsified.
03 - Place sliced lettuce, diced scallions, chopped dill, and crumbled feta in a large bowl.
04 - Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients. Toss thoroughly and gently massage the greens with your hands to infuse flavors and slightly tenderize the lettuce.
