If using frozen mango chunks, allow them to thaw at room temperature for 30 minutes. Peel and cut fresh ripe mango into chunks.

Blend mango chunks into a smooth puree using a blender or food processor.

Pour boiling water over the black tea bags, cover, and steep for 5 minutes.

Remove the tea bags and mix the mango puree into the black tea, maintaining a ratio of approximately 2 parts tea to 1 part puree.

Cover the mixture and refrigerate until it cools, about 30 minutes.

Strain the tea through a sieve or cheesecloth, pressing out as much liquid from the mango remains as possible.

Sweeten to taste with honey or preferred sweetener. Serve the tea over ice.
