Mango Iced Tea Delight (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup mango puree from frozen or fresh ripe mango
02 - 2 cups boiling water
03 - 2-3 bags black tea
04 - Honey or sweetener to taste

# Instructions:

01 - If using frozen mango chunks, allow them to thaw at room temperature for 30 minutes. Peel and cut fresh ripe mango into chunks.
02 - Blend mango chunks into a smooth puree using a blender or food processor.
03 - Pour boiling water over the black tea bags, cover, and steep for 5 minutes.
04 - Remove the tea bags and mix the mango puree into the black tea, maintaining a ratio of approximately 2 parts tea to 1 part puree.
05 - Cover the mixture and refrigerate until it cools, about 30 minutes.
06 - Strain the tea through a sieve or cheesecloth, pressing out as much liquid from the mango remains as possible.
07 - Sweeten to taste with honey or preferred sweetener. Serve the tea over ice.
