Combine cooked ground beef, cooked macaroni, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, ketchup, and mustard in a large mixing bowl. Mix until thoroughly blended.

Spoon an even portion of the filling onto each flour tortilla. Roll tightly to form burrito-style wraps, folding in the sides as you roll.

Brush the outside of each roll with melted butter. Cook in a skillet over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crisp.
