London Fog Tea Latte (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Tea Base

01 - 240 ml boiling water
02 - 1 to 2 Earl Grey tea bags
03 - 2 pinches dried lavender buds

→ Milk & Sweetener

04 - 120 ml whole milk or preferred alternative
05 - 15 ml honey or granulated sugar
06 - 1.25 ml vanilla extract

# Instructions:

01 - Place Earl Grey tea bags and dried lavender buds in a heatproof mug holding at least 350 ml. Pour boiling water over the contents and steep for 10 minutes.
02 - Extract the tea bags, squeezing out excess liquid, then discard the lavender buds using a spoon.
03 - In a wide-mouthed jar, combine steeped tea, honey, warmed milk, and vanilla extract. Blend with an immersion blender until frothy and cohesively mixed, about 1 minute.
04 - If an immersion blender is unavailable, transfer tea, sweetener, milk, and vanilla extract to a high-speed blender. Blend on high for roughly 30 seconds until smooth and frothy.
05 - Pour the prepared tea latte back into the serving mug and enjoy immediately.

# Notes:

01 - For best froth, use freshly warmed milk and blend while hot. Adjust honey or sugar to taste preference.
