Place Earl Grey tea bags and dried lavender buds in a heatproof mug holding at least 350 ml. Pour boiling water over the contents and steep for 10 minutes.

Extract the tea bags, squeezing out excess liquid, then discard the lavender buds using a spoon.

In a wide-mouthed jar, combine steeped tea, honey, warmed milk, and vanilla extract. Blend with an immersion blender until frothy and cohesively mixed, about 1 minute.

If an immersion blender is unavailable, transfer tea, sweetener, milk, and vanilla extract to a high-speed blender. Blend on high for roughly 30 seconds until smooth and frothy.

Pour the prepared tea latte back into the serving mug and enjoy immediately.
