# Ingredients:

→ Main

01 - 48 frozen tater tots

→ Dairy

02 - 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese

→ Protein

03 - 1/4 cup beef bacon bits

→ Vegetables

04 - 1–2 green onions, finely chopped

→ Garnish

05 - Sour cream, for serving

# Steps:

01 - Preheat the oven to 425°F (218°C). Arrange frozen tater tots in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 28 minutes, turning the tots once halfway through for even crispness.
02 - Remove baked tater tots from the oven and allow to cool briefly until safe to handle. Thread 4 to 6 tater tots onto each wooden or metal skewer.
03 - Place assembled tater tot skewers on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Sprinkle evenly with grated cheddar cheese, beef bacon bits, and half of the chopped green onions.
04 - Return the sheet to the oven and bake the skewers for 5 to 7 minutes, or until the cheese has fully melted and is bubbling.
05 - Remove from the oven, top with the remaining green onions, and serve immediately with sour cream on the side.

# Notes:

01 - Threading tater tots onto skewers makes for easy serving and an appealing presentation. For best results, use sturdy skewers to prevent breakage.
