Stuffed pizza bombs with savory taco fillings, creamy queso drizzle, and fresh cilantro.

# Ingredients:

→ Dough

01 - 1 package refrigerated pizza dough

→ Beef Filling

02 - 1 pound ground beef
03 - 1 packet taco seasoning

→ Cheeses

04 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
05 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
06 - 1 cup queso cheese sauce

→ Toppings

07 - 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
08 - 1/2 cup diced onions
09 - 1/2 cup sliced black olives
10 - 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños
11 - Fresh cilantro, for garnish

# Steps:

01 - Set oven to 375°F (190°C) to preheat.
02 - In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until fully browned. Drain excess fat. Add taco seasoning and water as directed on the package, stirring to combine and simmer until thickened.
03 - On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to an even thickness and cut into 4-inch squares.
04 - Spoon a portion of the seasoned beef, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, diced tomatoes, onions, black olives, and jalapeños into the center of each dough square. Fold the corners up and seal edges to fully enclose the filling.
05 - Arrange filled dough balls seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
06 - Heat queso cheese sauce until smooth and warm. Drizzle over baked pizza bombs. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Seal dough thoroughly to prevent filling from escaping during baking.
