01 - 1 pound ground beef
02 - 2 cups cooked rotini or penne pasta

04 - 1 cup whole milk

05 - 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled

06 - 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
07 - 1/4 cup ketchup
08 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

# Steps:

01 - Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add ground beef. Cook, breaking up any clumps, until the meat is browned and no longer pink. Drain off excess fat.
