11 - ½ cup butter, room temperature
12 - ½ teaspoon lime extract
13 - 1½ cups powdered sugar
14 - 1 tablespoon heavy cream or milk
15 - 2 tablespoons lime juice
16 - Lime green food coloring

→ Garnish

17 - 2 tablespoons white chocolate, melted
18 - 2 tablespoons shredded coconut

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Line a 20x20cm (8x8-inch) baking pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy removal.
02 - Cream butter and brown sugar together until light and fluffy. Beat in egg, vanilla extract, and coconut extract until well combined.
03 - Fold in flour, baking powder, salt, and shredded coconut just until incorporated. Gently mix in white chocolate chips.
04 - Spread batter evenly into prepared pan. Bake for 15-16 minutes until edges are golden and center is set. Cool completely in pan on wire rack.
05 - In a large bowl, whip softened butter until creamy. Add powdered sugar gradually, then mix in lime extract, milk, and lime juice until smooth and fluffy. Add lime green food coloring to achieve the signature Starbucks color.
06 - Spread lime frosting evenly over cooled bars. Drizzle with melted white chocolate using a piping bag or spoon. Sprinkle additional coconut on top.
07 - Cut into squares and serve at room temperature or chilled. For the authentic experience, pair with coffee or milk.
