Lime Coconut Popsicles Frozen (Print Version)

Refreshing lime popsicles with coconut milk, yogurt, and zesty lime for cool summertime treats.

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 15 ounces canned full-fat coconut milk
02 - 1/4 cup plain coconut milk yogurt
03 - 1/3 cup organic cane sugar

→ Lime Flavors

04 - 2 tablespoons finely grated lime zest (about 2 limes)
05 - 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice (about 2 limes)

→ Optional

06 - 2 drops natural green food coloring

# Instructions:

01 - In a large glass mixing bowl, whisk together the coconut milk, coconut milk yogurt, and cane sugar until the sugar is fully dissolved.
02 - Add the lime zest and fresh lime juice to the mixture. Whisk thoroughly. Adjust lime flavor to taste, if desired.
03 - Add two drops of natural green food coloring, if using, and whisk until color is evenly distributed.
04 - Pour the mixture into a measuring cup with a spout, then distribute evenly among popsicle molds, filling each to the top.
05 - Insert popsicle sticks into molds. Freeze for a minimum of 2 hours, or until completely set.
06 - To serve, run the molds briefly under warm water to loosen, then carefully remove popsicles.
