Lemony Pineapple Iced Tea (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base Ingredients

01 - 4 cups water
02 - 2 black tea bags (or green tea if you prefer)
03 - 1 cup fresh or store-bought pineapple juice
04 - 2 fresh lemons, juiced (about ½ cup)
05 - 2-3 tablespoons honey or sugar, to taste

→ For Serving

06 - Ice cubes
07 - Fresh lemon slices and pineapple chunks for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Start by steeping your tea bags in freshly boiled water for about 5 minutes. Once done, take out the tea bags and let your brew cool down to room temperature.
02 - While you're waiting for the tea to cool, squeeze those lemons to get your fresh juice. If you're using fresh pineapple, now's the time to juice or blend it until you get a cup of juice. Feel free to strain it if you like it smooth!
03 - While the tea is still a bit warm, stir in your honey or sugar until it dissolves completely. Take a little taste and adjust the sweetness until it's just right for you.
04 - Once your tea has cooled down, grab a large pitcher and mix in the lemon and pineapple juices. Give it a good stir to get all those flavors mingling together.
05 - Fill up your glasses with ice, pour in your freshly made tea, and if you're feeling fancy, add some lemon slices and pineapple chunks on top. Your refreshing drink is ready to enjoy!
