02 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
03 - 1 teaspoon dried basil
04 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
05 - 1 teaspoon kosher salt
06 - 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

07 - 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided
08 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
09 - 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

# Steps:

01 - In a bowl, blend dried oregano, dried basil, chopped fresh parsley, kosher salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken pieces and toss thoroughly to ensure even coating.
02 - Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add half of the unsalted butter. Arrange chicken pieces in a single layer and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, turning once, until surfaces are golden and meat is nearly cooked through.
03 - Add the remainder of the butter to the pan. Once melted, blend in minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until aromatic.
04 - Pour the fresh lemon juice over the chicken, stirring to coat evenly. Remove from heat and serve immediately while hot and fragrant.
