Beef Tortilla Bake (Print Version)

Stacked Mexican casserole with spiced beef, creamy beans, and melted cheese nestled between warm flour tortillas.

# Ingredients:

→ Meat

01 - 1 pound ground beef

→ Vegetables

02 - 1 small onion, diced

→ Seasonings

03 - 1 pack taco spice mix

→ Canned Goods

04 - 1 can bean paste
05 - 1 can condensed mushroom soup

→ Dairy

06 - 1/2 cup tangy cream
07 - 2 1/2 cups mixed Mexican cheese, shredded

→ Bread & Bakery

08 - 1 pack jumbo flour wraps

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and let it warm up.
02 - Grab a big pan and cook your beef with onion until meat turns brown; pour off any extra grease.
03 - Add your taco spices and bean paste; warm everything up till it's all mixed together.
04 - In another bowl, mix your mushroom soup and tangy cream until they're completely combined.
05 - Pour half the creamy mix across the bottom of your baking dish.
06 - Put down a layer of flour wraps, ripping them if needed to cover the whole dish.
07 - Spread half your meat mixture on the wraps and sprinkle about 1 cup of cheese over it.
08 - Do the same steps again, making sure cheese goes on the very top.
09 - Put in oven for 20 minutes until cheese melts completely and edges start bubbling.

01 - Let it sit for 5 minutes before cutting - makes serving way easier.
