# Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
02 - 2 ounces cream cheese
03 - 1 large egg
04 - 3/4 cup almond flour
05 - 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
06 - 1/4 teaspoon salt

# Steps:

01 - Combine shredded mozzarella cheese and cream cheese in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until melted and fully incorporated.
02 - Add the large egg to the melted cheese mixture and mix thoroughly. Incorporate almond flour, baking powder, and salt, ensuring no dry pockets remain.
03 - Divide dough and form into thin circles using your hands or a rolling pin, placing them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
