Juicy, bite-sized chicken glazed with spicy-sweet keto hot honey sauce for the perfect low-carb meal.

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken

01 - 1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

→ Coating

02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - Salt to taste
04 - Black pepper to taste
05 - 1/2 cup unsweetened almond flour or coconut flour
06 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 1 teaspoon paprika
08 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

→ Hot Honey Sauce

09 - 1/4 cup hot sauce, such as Frank’s RedHot
10 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
11 - 1 to 2 tablespoons sugar-free honey substitute or keto friendly honey
12 - 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
13 - 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

# Steps:

01 - Season chicken pieces with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and onion powder. Toss with almond or coconut flour until each piece is lightly coated.
02 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the coated chicken in a single layer. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 6 to 8 minutes until golden and fully cooked.
03 - In a small saucepan over low heat, melt unsalted butter. Whisk in hot sauce, keto honey substitute, apple cider vinegar, and red pepper flakes, stirring until fully combined and warmed.
04 - Pour the prepared hot honey sauce over the cooked chicken in the skillet. Stir well to evenly coat the chicken. Let simmer for 1 to 2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
05 - Transfer glazed chicken to a serving dish and serve warm.

# Notes:

01 - For extra crispiness, avoid overcrowding the skillet and work in batches if necessary.
02 - Adjust the amount of honey substitute and red pepper flakes for preferred sweetness and heat.
