01 - 8 Street Taco-Sized Keto Zero Carb Tortillas
02 - 450g Ground Beef
03 - 8 slices American Cheese
04 - 1 cup Shredded Lettuce
05 - 1/2 cup Dill Pickle Slices
06 - 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
07 - Salt and pepper to taste

08 - 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
09 - 1 tbsp Finely chopped Dill Pickles
10 - 1 1/2 tsp Yellow Mustard
11 - 3 tsp Sugar-Free Ketchup
12 - 1/4 tsp Vinegar
13 - 1/4 tsp Paprika
14 - 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
15 - 1/4 tsp Onion Powder

# Instructions:

01 - Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
02 - In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Knead thoroughly to distribute seasonings.
03 - Divide the seasoned beef mixture into 8 equal-sized balls.
04 - Press each beef ball onto one side of a keto tortilla, covering the entire surface.
05 - Repeat the process with remaining beef and tortillas until all 8 patties are assembled.
06 - Place tortillas meat-side down in the heated skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes, using a spatula to firmly press each patty flat.
07 - Flip burgers over, place a slice of American cheese on each, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to crisp the tortilla and melt the cheese.
08 - While burgers cook, combine all sauce ingredients in a bowl, stirring until well incorporated.
09 - Spread a portion of the sauce mixture over each cooked smash burger.
10 - Top each burger with shredded lettuce and two pickle slices before serving.
