08 - Garlic herb butter, as desired, for serving

# Steps:

01 - Allow steaks to rest at room temperature for 20 to 30 minutes to ensure even cooking.
02 - Pat steaks thoroughly dry with paper towels. Rub both sides with olive oil or melted butter. Season both sides liberally with kosher salt, black pepper, and any optional seasonings.
03 - Preheat air fryer to 400°F for 3 to 5 minutes to guarantee optimal searing.
04 - Arrange steaks in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry at 400°F for 10 minutes, turning halfway for medium-rare. For medium, cook 12 minutes total; for well-done, 12 to 15 minutes total. Use a meat thermometer to ensure internal temperature: 130–135°F for medium-rare, 140–145°F for medium, 155–160°F for well-done.
05 - Remove steaks from air fryer and allow to rest on a cutting board for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing.
06 - Top steaks with garlic herb butter if desired before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Resting allows juices to redistribute throughout the meat, ensuring optimal tenderness and flavor.
