# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup cold heavy cream
02 - 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
03 - 2 tablespoons strawberry-flavored gelatin powder

# Steps:

01 - Place a metal mixing bowl and beaters in the freezer for 15 minutes until well chilled.
02 - Remove the chilled bowl and beaters from the freezer. Add the cold heavy cream, powdered sugar, and strawberry gelatin powder to the bowl.
03 - With an electric mixer on high speed, whip the mixture for 4 to 5 minutes, or until stiff peaks form.
04 - Transfer whipped cream to serving dishes or an airtight container. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 3 days.
