# Ingredients:

→ Crust

01 - 1 ball pizza dough, either homemade or store-bought

→ Sauce

02 - 6 ounces cream cheese, softened
03 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
04 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
05 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
06 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

→ Toppings

07 - 2 fresh jalapeños, sliced with seeds removed (leave seeds for extra heat if desired)
08 - 1 1/2 cups Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
09 - 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded or approximately 4 slices
10 - 2 tablespoons chives, finely chopped (optional, for garnish)

→ Finishing

11 - 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 450°F. Lightly brush a pizza pan or baking sheet with olive oil and line it with parchment paper.
02 - Gently stretch and press the pizza dough by hand to form a 10-inch round. Place the dough onto the prepared pan.
03 - In a small bowl, blend softened cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth and homogeneous.
04 - Evenly spread the cream cheese blend over the pizza dough, leaving a 3/4 to 1-inch border for the crust.
05 - Place mozzarella cheese slices over the cream cheese, then sprinkle with shredded Monterey Jack. Distribute sliced jalapeños evenly across the surface.
06 - Transfer the assembled pizza to the oven and bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and cheeses have melted.
07 - Remove from the oven and let cool briefly. Garnish with chopped chives if desired, slice, and serve warm.

# Notes:

01 - For a spicier flavor, leave some or all of the jalapeño seeds intact.
