# Ingredients:

→ Meat Filling

01 - 1 pound ground beef
02 - 1 packet taco seasoning

→ Rice Mixture

03 - 2 cups cooked white rice
04 - 1 cup sour cream

→ Cheesy Layers

05 - 1 cup nacho cheese sauce
06 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
07 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

→ Chipotle Kick

08 - 1 tablespoon chipotle sauce

→ Wrap

09 - 4 large flour tortillas

→ Grilling

10 - 2 tablespoons butter or oil

# Steps:

01 - In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef until fully browned, breaking it apart with a spatula. Drain excess fat, then stir in taco seasoning according to package instructions.
02 - In a separate bowl, combine cooked white rice with sour cream, mixing until evenly coated.
03 - Heat flour tortillas in a dry skillet for 30 seconds per side or microwave for 10 seconds to make pliable.
04 - Evenly distribute the rice mixture, seasoned ground beef, nacho cheese sauce, shredded cheddar cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, and chipotle sauce in the center of each tortilla.
05 - Carefully fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll tightly to enclose the fillings.
06 - Melt butter or heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place each filled burrito seam-side down and grill for 2–3 minutes per side until tortillas are golden and cheese is melted.

# Notes:

01 - For extra crispiness, press the burritos with a spatula while grilling. Adapt cheese varieties for preferred melt and flavor.
