01 - 3 large russet potatoes, scrubbed and sliced into 1/4-inch rounds
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil

04 - 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
05 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 1/2 teaspoon paprika

07 - 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, preferably Irish cheddar
08 - 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
09 - 1/4 cup pickled jalapeño slices (optional)
10 - 1/4 cup chopped green onions
11 - 1/2 cup sour cream, for serving
12 - 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

# Steps:

01 - Heat oven to 425°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease the surface.
02 - In a large bowl, combine sliced potatoes, olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss to coat potatoes thoroughly.
03 - Place seasoned potato slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes.
04 - Turn potato slices over and continue baking for 10 to 15 minutes, until golden brown and crisp.
