Iced London Fog Tea Blend (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Tea Base

01 - 240 ml hot water
02 - 1 earl grey tea bag or 1 teaspoon loose leaf earl grey

→ Flavoring

03 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
04 - 15–30 ml maple syrup

→ Milk

05 - 120 ml unsweetened almond milk or more to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Pour hot water into a small saucepan and add vanilla extract and maple syrup.
02 - Heat the mixture gently until it reaches a simmer, then remove from heat.
03 - Place the earl grey tea bag or loose leaf tea into the hot liquid and allow it to steep for 3–5 minutes.
04 - Remove the tea bag after steeping and set the tea aside to cool to room temperature.
05 - Fill a glass with ice cubes, pour the cooled tea over the ice, and add unsweetened almond milk. Stir gently to combine.

# Notes:

01 - For a stronger flavour, increase the steeping time or use extra tea leaves.
