                Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a small baking dish with nonstick spray or butter.

                In a large bowl, thoroughly mix together cream cheese, 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese, mozzarella cheese, sour cream, and Thousand Island dressing until smooth and fully blended.

                Fold in the cooked corned beef, drained sauerkraut, garlic powder, and black pepper until everything is evenly combined.

                Transfer the cheese and meat mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.

                Sprinkle an additional 1/4 cup of shredded Swiss cheese over the surface. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the mixture is hot and bubbly and the top is golden brown.

                Remove from oven, let cool for several minutes, and garnish with chopped fresh parsley. Present warm with rye bread, crackers, or pretzels for dipping.
