Hot Reuben Cheese Dip (Print Version)

Creamy blend of Swiss cheese, corned beef, and sauerkraut baked until golden, great for sharing.

# Ingredients:

→ Cheeses

01 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
02 - 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese, plus 1/4 cup for topping
03 - 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

→ Condiments

04 - 1/2 cup sour cream
05 - 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing

→ Meats

06 - 1 cup cooked corned beef, finely chopped or shredded

→ Vegetables

07 - 1/2 cup sauerkraut, well drained and patted dry
08 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

→ Seasonings

09 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
10 - 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

→ For Serving

11 - Rye bread, crackers, or pretzels

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a small baking dish with nonstick spray or butter.
02 - In a large bowl, thoroughly mix together cream cheese, 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese, mozzarella cheese, sour cream, and Thousand Island dressing until smooth and fully blended.
03 - Fold in the cooked corned beef, drained sauerkraut, garlic powder, and black pepper until everything is evenly combined.
04 - Transfer the cheese and meat mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
05 - Sprinkle an additional 1/4 cup of shredded Swiss cheese over the surface. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the mixture is hot and bubbly and the top is golden brown.
06 - Remove from oven, let cool for several minutes, and garnish with chopped fresh parsley. Present warm with rye bread, crackers, or pretzels for dipping.
