# Ingredients:

01 - 2 pounds chicken wings
02 - 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 1 teaspoon salt
04 - 1 tablespoon baking powder
05 - 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
06 - 1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
07 - 1 1/2 teaspoons smoked paprika

08 - 4 tablespoons hot honey
09 - Juice of 1 lime

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 410°F. Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top.
02 - Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels. In a large bowl, toss wings with olive oil, salt, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika until thoroughly coated.
03 - Place wings in a single layer on the prepared rack, skin-side up.
04 - Bake wings for 22 minutes.
05 - Carefully flip each wing. Continue baking for an additional 20 minutes, until wings are crisp and browned.
06 - Immediately transfer hot wings to a large bowl. Drizzle with hot honey and lime juice. Toss to coat evenly.
07 - Serve wings hot for best texture and flavor.
