# Ingredients:

01 - 36 whole Oreo cookies, finely ground
02 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

→ Hot Chocolate Cheesecake Mousse Layer

03 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
04 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
05 - 1 cup powdered sugar
06 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
07 - 5 envelopes instant hot cocoa mix (0.73 ounces each)
08 - 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream

→ Chocolate Pudding Layer

09 - 2 packages chocolate instant pudding mix (3.8 ounces each)
10 - 2 3/4 cups cold milk
11 - 1 cup mini marshmallows

→ Topping

12 - 1 1/4 cups heavy whipping cream
13 - 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
14 - 2 cups mini marshmallows
15 - Melted chocolate or Nutella, for drizzling

# Steps:

01 - Pulse whole Oreo cookies with filling in a food processor until fine crumbs form. Combine with melted butter, mixing until well coated. Firmly press the crumb mixture into the base of a 13 x 9-inch pan. Refrigerate or freeze the crust until set.
02 - In a mixing bowl, beat softened butter and cream cheese with vanilla extract and powdered sugar until smooth. In another bowl, whip heavy cream and instant hot cocoa mix to stiff peaks. Gently fold half of the chocolate whipped cream into the cheesecake mixture, then incorporate the remaining half, ensuring an even, airy mixture. Spread mousse over the set Oreo crust and chill until firm.
03 - Whisk together chocolate instant pudding mix with cold milk until slightly thickened. Stir in mini marshmallows. Spread pudding mixture evenly over the mousse layer and refrigerate until fully set.
04 - Beat heavy whipping cream and powdered sugar until firm peaks form. Evenly spread whipped cream across the chilled pudding layer. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight to allow all layers to set completely.
05 - Scatter mini marshmallows over the whipped cream layer before serving. Drizzle melted chocolate or Nutella over the top. Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator.
