Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

On a lightly floured surface, roll out the puff pastry sheet to roughly 10 x 12 inches.

Arrange Brie slices evenly over the surface of the puff pastry.

Scatter blackberries over the Brie, then drizzle with honey and sprinkle chopped rosemary evenly on top.

Starting at one long edge, tightly roll the pastry into a log. Using a sharp knife, cut the log into 12 equal swirls.

Place each swirl, cut side up, onto the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with beaten egg.

Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and puffed.

Remove from the oven and serve the swirls warm.
