# Ingredients:

01 - 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
03 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
04 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
05 - Salt, to taste
06 - Black pepper, to taste

→ Honey Mustard Sauce

07 - 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
08 - 2 tablespoons honey
09 - 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

→ Wrap Assembly

10 - 4 large flour tortillas or whole wheat wraps
11 - Green leaf lettuce
12 - 1 cup sliced red bell peppers
13 - 1 cup sliced cucumber
14 - 1/2 cup diced red onion
15 - 3/4 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese

# Steps:

01 - Slice the chicken breasts into thin, even strips for uniform cooking.
02 - Combine chicken strips with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Ensure all pieces are evenly coated.
03 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add seasoned chicken and sauté for 7–10 minutes, stirring occasionally until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove from heat and set aside.
04 - In a bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, and apple cider vinegar until blended and smooth. Adjust seasoning to taste.
05 - Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until pliable.
06 - Spread a generous amount of honey mustard sauce down the center of each tortilla. Layer with lettuce, red peppers, cucumber, red onion, cooked chicken strips, and shredded cheese. Drizzle extra sauce if desired.
07 - Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll tightly from the bottom to secure the filling. Slice each wrap diagonally and serve immediately.
